Went for lunch on Saturday. We got in before it started to get busy. The food was quick, tasted delicious, and the staff was friendly!

We got the birria carmelo (I think that's what it was called, has poblano) and quesobirria. We would totally go back. A sit in Mexican restaurant in North Tacoma is lacking and this hits the spot!

Amazing little lunch spot! The dining area is bigger than you'd expect from the outside, very tidy and fun vibes. We had the quesabirrias which were AMAZING - oozy cheese, tender beef, tortilla shells to provide just the right amount of support for dipping, and super flavorful consomme. The salsa and chili oil was really good too. They gave us to-go boxes by accident when we dined in, so we got to see how they thoughtfully put the onion and cilantro in a separate baggie so you can dispense as you wish on your tacos.

Wow, just wow. Can't speak for the in person experience yet, but I had quesabirria tacos delivered to me and I was blown away. Really good quality meat, the perfect amount of overboard on cheese, the consomme was tasty enough to have on its own, and the lime, onions and cilantro on the side were fresh and added to the flavor of the tacos perfectly. If they still have stock by tonight, I'm going back for dinner. Very excited for this to become my girlfriend and I's new favorite local food spot
